We’re currently looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

Position Summary

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role involves scheduling service appointments, explaining recommended services, coordinating with technicians and parts staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work with a variety of products, from motorcycles and ATVs to RVs and watercraft, making this a dynamic and rewarding position for someone who’s passionate about motorsports and outdoor recreation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, RVs, and other recreational vehicles.
• Schedule and manage service appointments while maintaining an organized service workflow.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and explain service and repair options clearly to customers.
• Liaise with service technicians and parts staff to ensure timely service completion and parts availability.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Assist in processing warranty claims and service documentation in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Support service department operations with administrative tasks such as invoicing, work orders, and record-keeping.
• Stay informed about manufacturer updates, service bulletins, and product features across all product lines, including RVs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a motorsports, marine, automotive, or RV dealership preferred.
• Strong knowledge or genuine interest in powersports and recreational vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, RVs, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and basic computer applications.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence (Class 6/Motorcycle Licence and RV experience an asset).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a shop/garage setting as needed.
